Nicola is a highly experienced risk, governance, and internal audit professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry in New Zealand, the UK and Australia. Her experience covers banking, insurance, financial advice, superannuation, and investments.

Nicola’s corporate roles included internal audit roles in Barclays, the UK Regulator, and ANZ. She was also the Chief Risk Officer for AMP in Australia.

Her governance roles include regulated and not-for-profit organisations, and she is currently a Board Member for the YMCA in Nelson.

Nicola is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
