Conlan joined Police Credit Union in July 2026 and leads PCU’s finance, risk and compliance functions.

Conlan is a forward-thinking Chartered Accountant who combines a modern approach to finance with sound financial judgement. His background in public accounting includes working closely with not-for-profit organisations and mutual associations.

Conlan was drawn to PCU’s commitment to its members and the opportunity to support the people who serve our communities. He is passionate about helping PCU do more for members and their families, both today and in the years ahead.
