Ways we can support you
- Access to your cash & accounts
If you can’t access your accounts online, we can transfer money in or out of your accounts, pay important bills over the phone or help you with any questions you might have. Just call us on 0800 429 000.
- Emergency loans
If you need to replace damaged or lost property or just need some extra cash to help you through, we may be able to help you with an emergency loan, especially if your insurance won’t cover everything or can’t help out fast enough. Call us on0800 429 000 or apply online (select the loan purpose ‘Other’ and put ‘storm’ as the reason).
- Help paying an existing loan
If you have a loan with us and think you may struggle to pay it because of storm-related costs, we can help take some of the stress away.
