How we can support you
Access to your money and accounts
If you can’t access your accounts online, we can transfer money in or out of your accounts, pay important bills over the phone or help you with any questions you might have.
Emergency loans
If you need to replace damaged or lost property or need some extra cash to help you through, we may be able to help, especially if your insurance won’t cover everything or can’t help fast enough.
Call us on 0800 429 000 to chat through your situation, or apply online (select the loan purpose as ‘Other’ and enter ‘storm’ as the reason).
Note that normal lending criteria and fees apply.
