PCU team
The Police Credit Union (PCU) team is here to help members build great savings habits, get into their first homes sooner and have your back whenever you need it.
The team takes the time to understand each member’s goals and looks for ways to go further to help make them reality. When you contact PCU, you’ll speak directly with someone from PCU Member Services or the Lending Team in Wellington.
Member Services
Member Services is here to help with your day-to-day banking. They’re the friendly people you’ll deal with when you join PCU or get in touch by phone, email or through our secure banking app. Whether you’re setting up a salary deduction to grow your savings, opening a term deposit to get more from your money or simply need a hand with something, they’re the team who’ll get you sorted.
Clayton Amer
Clayton joined the PCU Member Services team just over a year ago and approaches every member interaction with genuine care and enthusiasm.
“The Police Credit Union is such a rewarding place to work. Every day I’m able to help members from all different walks of life.
“Some days I’m opening accounts, setting up payments, or helping members reset their passwords. While no two days are the same, my favourite part is building relationships with our members and hearing their stories.

Lending Team
The PCU Lending Team works alongside members every day, helping with a range of home and personal loan needs. Whether you’re buying your first home, investing in property, refinancing, consolidating debt, buying a vehicle or covering an unexpected expense, you’ll work directly with one of our lenders while they guide you through the process.
Abby Gray
Abby joined the PCU Lending Team nearly two and a half years ago. She builds strong relationships with all the members she works with by being transparent and taking the time to understand each person’s individual situation.
“By far my favourite part of what I do is helping members through both the exciting moments and the tougher challenges life throws their way. Whether someone is looking to finance an engagement ring, buy a car or consolidate debt to get back on track financially, I enjoy being someone they can talk to openly without feeling embarrassed or judged.
“I've built great relationships with members, and it's always rewarding when familiar names come back to me for help. It reminds me how important those day-to-day conversations can be.
