To report fraudulent transactions and lost or stolen cards:

  • You can immediately temporarily block your card using internet banking or our mobile banking app.
  • During business hours, call us on 0800 429 000 (within NZ) or +64 4 472 9645 (outside of NZ).
  • Outside of business hours, call 0800 285 6267 (within NZ) or +64 9 366 6649 (outside of NZ)


🔑 Forgotten Internet Banking password

  • Use the 'forgot your password' link on the login screen.
  • Otherwise, to reset your Internet Banking password, logon or keep-safe questions, please call us on 0800 429 000 Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.
