Effective Monday 11 March 2019 our daily payment processing will change from once a day to every 2-3 hours during the day.
This brings us in line with the processing times of the big 5 banks.
This means your payments will be going through your accounts much sooner than previously.
This also means that if you make a payment in mobile or internet banking for an incorrect amount, or to an incorrect bank account, we’ll be unable to reverse the payment. You’ll need to seek reimbursement from the payee for any payment errors.
Payments from your Police Credit Union Account
Payments are processed as long as you have sufficient funds in your account.
Scheduled payments will be processed in the morning the payment is due.
Same day payments will be processed immediately.
Payments from your account and into another Police Credit Union member’s account will arrive in their account immediately.
Payments into your Police Credit Union Account
Payments from other Police Credit Union members into your account will be received immediately.
Payments you receive from other banks will be paid into your account as soon as we receive them from another bank. The payment times between banks are different and so you may receive payments at different times throughout the day from different banks.
