Proof of income is required to accompany your Loan Application and for loans secured against PSS or GSF, we will also need a copy of your latest superannuation valuation. To use your PSS as security, this balance is available at alternatively you can call Mercer on 0800 777 243 to arrange a valuation.

Normal lending criteria and a $100 establishment fee applies to all new loans.

* Loan protection insurance is provided to you with life or total and permanent disablement insurance to a capped amount of $75,000 free of charge. This insurance policy repays the outstanding balance of the loan (subject to the terms and conditions within the Police and Families Credit Union Group Life Insurance Policy), in the event of your death or total and permanent disability up to the age of 65 years. Upon the age of 65 years the insurance policy ceases even if there is an outstanding balance on your account. The insurance is provided by AIA New Zealand.
