S1 - Transactional Account
This is a transactional account for your day-to-day use. Every member has one of these accounts. Most members use this account to pay their day to day bills via Internet Banking.
You can add funds to this account by fortnightly deduction from police payroll, or set up an automatic payment from your external bank account. You can deposit directly into your Credit Union account from any NZ Bank using internet banking. You can set up automatic payments and direct debits and make manual deposits at Westpac branches. The funds you deposit will show in your PFCU account the following morning.
Alternatively, you may wish to have your whole of pay paid into your Credit Union account. From this account you can arrange payments to the Police Association or Police Welfare Fund for the services these organisations provide.
YOUR UNIQUE CREDIT UNION BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
As a member of the PFCU you have your own unique bank account number. This makes your banking with us much easier. Your account number looks like 03-1796-XXXXXXX-XXX and can be found on internet banking, on your statement or by calling us on 0800 429 000.
Withdrawals can be made via internet banking, bank messaging, by using your Bluebanking card, or by sending us a signed faxed request.
