The Nelson group has a database of 73 members. We meet four times a year on a Thursday at 11am to hear a guest speaker. Partners are welcome as are guests and visiting retired officers. Those that want to can follow that by purchasing their own lunch, at the Hotel dining room. Anyone interested to come along and join our group please contact Rex as per the below.

Thanks to the members who attended the funeral services of Anne Ranger and Pat Mickell, recently.  We will miss their presence at our meetings.  May they both Rest in Peace.

Next meeting: Thursday the 28^th of March 2013, at 10am in the upstairs lounge,  Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village, Covent Drive, Stoke.
The meeting will be in the upstairs lounge and will start with Easter buns with tea and coffee at 10am. We will then be addressed by our own Dave Allen about the Peter Banham murder that occurred here in Nelson 50 years ago.  There will be no lunch at this meeting; Morning tea only.
