As a member of the PFCU you have your own unique bank account number. This makes your banking with us even easier. Your account number can be found on your statement or by logging into your internet banking. Any problems give us a call on 0800 429 000.
Using your personal account number, you can deposit directly into your Credit Union account from any NZ Bank using internet banking. You can make transfers and payments via internet banking, withdrawals using ATMs, EFTPOS, or by sending us a bank message. You can set up automatic payments and direct debits and you can make manual deposits at Westpac branches. Your funds will show in your PFCU account the following morning.
Your new account number looks like this: 03-1796-XXXXXXX-XXX and while it looks like a Westpac account on the surface we assure you your account and all personal information remains confidential to PFCU staff only. Westpac bank staff cannot "see into" your account at all.
The old group BNZ account 02-0500-0708013-00 closed on 8 March 2013.
Any deposits made into the old group BNZ account after 8 March 2013 will be automatically returned to the bank account they came from.
Using your new number:

deposits don’t need a reference.(Great for those dividends and IRD payments)

There are no charges for using any of these services.
