Getting started is easy
Telephone banking is a service that all members are set up with upon opening their account.
Please call the Member Services Centre on 0800 429 000 between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and they will identify you and provide you with a PIN number. They can also reset your PIN number if you have forgotten it or entered it incorrectly too many times.
