There are a number of ways you can access your Credit Union account.
These include internet banking, telephone banking, EFTPOS, or a signed fax request.
Internet banking allows you 24/7 access to your money. You can set up bill payees (daily limit of $10,000.00) or make a one-off payment to any other NZ bank account using the "Bill Pay Anyone" option (limit $1,000.00 per day).
You can communicate your needs directly using our secure bank messaging option, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm for everything you may need from making a withdrawal to setting up a free automatic payment.
Telephone banking is a service that all members are set up with upon opening their account. Please call the Member Services Centre on 0800 429 000 and they will identify you and provide you with a PIN number.
Using Telephone banking you can transfer funds to your pre nominated external account at the push of a button.
