It has been a very busy couple of months since our last Bluenotes for the team here at your Credit Union. As I outlined in August, we are committed to making it easy for you to do business with us and we have spent a considerable amount of time looking for ways to make your interactions with us just that - easy. So the first change we have launched in this regard is our "On Line Top Ups" for all members that have a loan fully secured by their superannuation.

Imagine being at the car yard or the retailer on a Sunday afternoon, knowing that you have access to your available credit limit simply by transferring money into your S1 transactional account and using your AccessDebit MasterCard®. We will of course be continuing our efforts to ensure that we are providing the service and products that you, our members need. This includes working through the key issue that all first home buyers are now facing in regards to low deposit housing loans. We will continue to assist our members in whatever ways we can. We will be able to update you further in December after the Reserve Bank has produced a finalised policy.
