Telephone Banking is the most popular and widely used service the Credit Union offers.

What can telephone banking do for me?
Your account is already set up to access telephone banking but in order to use this service, you must have a valid PIN number. If you do not have a PIN simply contact our Member Services Centre on 0800 429 000 and they will arrange for a PIN to be allocated to you.

With telephone banking the following services are as close as your touch tone phone.

  • Savings balances
  • Loan / Term Deposit balances
  • Hear your last 5 transactions
  • Internal funds transfer
  • External funds transfer to a pre-nominated external bank account
  • Change your PIN
  • Find out interest earned for the last financial year
  • Request a statement
  • Fax form request

What does it cost to use Telephone Banking?

There is no charge for your first 10 calls each month, thereafter calls are charged at 0.25c per call.
