From the list of payees provided on this web site download the authority forms you require and after you have completed all details and signed the authority either fax or mail the forms to Police and Families Credit Union.
Should you wish to setup a payee which is not listed you may download a blank payee form however you will be responsible for obtaining the payees bank account and reference details.
