Where can I use my Bluebanking Card?

• At any ATM / EFTPOS outlet in New Zealand

How much can I draw?

• Using EFTPOS you can draw up to $9999.00 per day.
• Using ATM’s you can draw up to $1000.00 per day (some ATM’s may only allow you to draw $500.00 so you may need to use two ATM machines.

What fees will I be charged?

• EFTPOS per transaction 0.40c
• ATM per transaction 1.50
• Replacement Cards $5.00

A tip to keep costs down. In order to reduce transaction costs use EFTPOS rather than ATM's as the cost is significantly less. The best way to manage use of your Bluebanking Card, and save costs, is to obtain cash when making a purchase using EFTPOS. Most retailers are only too happy to provide cash.

How do I apply for my Bluebanking Card?
Call us on 0800 429 000 and we will send you the form today or you can click here to obtain an application form.

How do I change my PIN or obtain a new PIN number?
Visit any Westpac Branch nationwide and they can change your existing PIN number or supply a new PIN number. Please ensure that you take along two forms of identification, one of which must have your signature on it.

In New Zealand call us immediately on 0800 429 000 (and press 5) at any time.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Yes, as soon as you sign your BlueBanking card you are deemed to have agreed to the "conditions of use".
